Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only on apparel and accessory items. You may request for a return or exchange only within 7 days after receiving your package.
Returns: After we received the item, only if it’s in acceptable condition, you will receive the total amount (sale + tax) you paid for that item back to the original form of payment.
Exchanges: If item is in acceptable condition, you may exchange your item for another of the same or lesser price. If there’s a difference in price, you will be given a dollar credit to use on any other item on our website.
To initiate a return or exchange please fill out our contact form and a Purple Ocean Customer Service Representative will get back to you in 1-2 business days.
Items not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale items.
- Perishables, swimsuits, and personal care items.
- Items with any tags removed or packaging/seals altered.
- Items damaged with holes, rips or odors.
