Orders & Products
Create a Purpie account, log in and select “My Orders” to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Tracking numbers are automatically provided as soon as your order begins fulfillment. Once the package is at the shipping courier’s distribution facility it is scanned into their system and the process is done consecutively as it arrives from facility to facility until it reaches you. If the order began fulfillment on the weekend, it will be updated on the next business day.
Create a Purpie account, log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number.
You should receive an order confirmation email with the order number to the email you provided at check out or the email from your Purpie account log in credentials. Please check your junk/spam folder as it may have archived there.
Log into your Purpie account and please check your order status frequently for updates.
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS message within 10 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS message. Your order can take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled plus additional delivery times.
If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, contact the Purple Ocean Support team to verify your email address.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been fulfilled or you have received a tracking number, the package is already on its way to the address listed at checkout and we cannot make any changes to that order. Please contact the tracking number’s shipping courier to modify the address.
No. We are unable to combine orders as all orders have different shipping labels regardless if they are the same address. Combining orders usually have longer shipping and fulfillment delays.
Yes. We accept exchanges on only apparel and accessory merchandise. Please read our return and exchange conditions and submit an exchange request if applicable.

Please contact us within 7 hours of placing the order, as most of our packages begin the shipping process immediately after order placement. If it has been more than 7 hours please wait to receive the package and you may issue a return.
Purple Ocean does not charge any additional transaction fees other than the total amount listed for the order. Other fees applied by your bank are not issued by Purple Ocean and are out of our jurisdiction and control.
Low international taxes may apply depending on your country's international taxes policy.

If you ordered the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order as we are able to edit it for you internally.
Please make sure your address is in correct formatting in accordance to your country’s sequence when inputting it at checkout. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and include the correct shipping address in the message with its appropriate sequence annotations. If it has been more than 24 hours and the order has already been fulfilled or you have received a tracking number, the package is already on its way to the address listed at checkout and we cannot make any changes to that order. Please contact the tracking number’s shipping courier to modify the address.
We pride ourselves on the utmost quality of all of our products. If you’ve followed care instructions profoundly and your product has excessively worn or torn, please contact us and we will help you with your concerns.
To the best of their ability, our marketing team matches the original colors of the product to the picture’s colors in order to depict the shade closest to the original. However, lighting and angles may alter the color of the item and we guarantee that the design and shape posted online are as close as possible to the physical product.
We don’t like to label things as “plus size” they are just sizes that fit every body type, comfortably and confidently. Purple Ocean manufacturers sizes from S - 3XL
Please always refer to the care label attached to the garment or online in the garment details.
Doing so will guarantee the longevity of your garment.
Purple Ocean products are 100% handmade and designed in Miami Florida.
Purple Ocean works exclusively with our customers in listening to their demands. Every 2 weeks, the Purple Ocean Instagram conducts polls to vote for your favorite restocks or new products, we encourage you to engage in these polls as they help us fast-track the manufacturing process.
Please note that restock times do vary in dependence on the availability of materials as we source them locally and internationally. You can sign up for email notifications underneath each sold-out product to be the first to know when it will be restocked!

Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationally in the continental USA and internationally.
Shipping rates on orders under $99 vary in options.
USA: $2.99 +
International: $7.99+
Expedited: Typically + $15 - $30 additional to the standard shipping cost.
Orders are processed instantly after being placed and begin the shipping process the next day.
National shipping orders should take 3-5 business for delivery.
International shipping orders should take 4-8 business days for delivery depending on weather and travel conditions.
Shipping courier’s processing times are usually 1-2 business days after package is dropped off at shipping facility. Wait and arrival times are only estimated by the designated shipping provider and are out of Purple Ocean’s control.
Yes. All worldwide orders of $99 or more will qualify for free shipping. Members with a significant amount of reward points will also receive free shipping on all of their orders for a lifetime.
Don’t forget to log in to your Purpie account every time you order to apply reward points toward shipping and discounts.
Yes. Expedited and Priority shipping options are available at checkout!
Mainly UPS and DHL unless prompted by a specific country or region served by a different courier.
Purple Ocean works with top-of-the-line shipping couriers that will make sure the package is always delivered to you on time. We do not have any jurisdiction or control over our shipping couriers' operations and we are not liable if a package is lost in transit. Please contact the designated shipping courier if your package is taking longer than normal.
Shipping couriers will do their best to update where the package is from point A to point B. Tracking delays may be due to weather, travel, or import conditions. If you feel there may be any withstanding taxes or small import fees depending on your country, please contact the designated shipping courier to confirm, as that may also delay the tracking times.
Most packages are delivered in Purple Ocean purple branded packaging with its prospective protective material. The shipping label should always show this address 9833 E Hibiscus St P.O Box #570888 Palmetto Bay Florida 33257 and be addressed to the name of the person who placed the order.
Please contact the shipping courier and make sure the package was not delivered to another similar address. We recommend checking with persons in your delivery address or surrounding neighbors as they may have received the package on your behalf.
1. United States
Duties and sales taxes are included and applied automatically at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
2. Canada
Duties and sales taxes are included and applied automatically at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
3. United Kingdom
20% sales tax is included and applied automatically at check-out. Orders over £135 may attract additional simple import duties, i.e signatures upon delivery.
4. International shipments outside of North America & United Kingdom
Your order may have simple import duties (i.e signatures upon delivery) and taxes, which incur once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for taxes is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. In the unlikely event that there may be any additional fees to be paid, the delivery may be delayed by customs agents until paid.
We recommend to be updated on your county’s duties, fees, and taxes, if any, upon delivery and keep this in mind before placing an order.
Please note that Purple Ocean does not have any control over these fees as they are simply governmental regulations. We are not responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance and we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. We cannot advise as to what specific low costs will be since they vary by country. Contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
